专场亮点： 01 汽车云工作组及稳定性保障实验室新成员单位颁证
国务院办公厅关于印发《新能源汽车产业发展规划2021-2035年》提出要“推进以数据为纽带的人-车-路-云”高效协同。作为公民经济的重要支柱产业，汽车产业“新四化”变革正在迈入以智能化、网联化为特点的2.0时代，通过全新的云计算技术，赋能车企新四化转型，为车主创造丰富的行驶感知和驾驶体验。前期中国信息通信研究院联合产学研各界共同成立“汽车云工作组”，旨在汇聚各大车企、车企供应链厂商、云厂商及学术机构，共同探索汽车云相关标准体系、技术能力及整体规划蓝图，整合优质资源，凝聚产业共识，搭建合作桥梁，推进汽车云产业高速高质量发展。本次大会将公布汽车云工作组第四批企业成员 ，并颁发成员证书。稳定性保障实验室（原混沌工程实验室） 自2021年第8届可信云大会成立以来，获得业内广泛关注和支持，吸引了150余成员加入，涉及通信、金融、证券、交通、制造等多个行业，极大提升了行业内对系统稳定性保障体系的认识和重视程度。 适逢实验室成立三周年，在即将到来的2024年可信云大会上，将宣布稳定性保障实验室专业委员会、技术指导委员会（TOC）及副理事长单位的换届结果 ，同时，新成立的工作组也将正式亮相会场。 目前，越来越多的企业开始关注应用运维和云平台运维的能力的打通，希望实现业务、应用、云服务实云平台资源到硬件基础设施的全面打通，保障云上业务稳定运行，在此背景下，本场论坛将重磅发布《“云+应用”一体化运维管理能力要求》 标准。算力中心作为新时代的算力基座，已经成为数字经济高质量发展的重要支撑，算力中心的稳定安全运行是社会经济活动平稳开展的重要基础，也是我国大力发展数字经济的必要条件，提升算力中心稳定安全运行水平迫在眉睫，在此背景下，本场论坛将深入解读《算力稳定安全运行能力要求 第1部分：算力中心域》 标准。汽车行业市场竞争焦点正转向以云计算为代表的高新技术，开启了汽车行业革命的下半场，智能化技术的快速发展，使得汽车产业迈入了全新的时代。随着各大汽车厂商加速推出智能驾驶技术，汽车云大模型领域正在成为一个备受关注的研发热点。在这个领域里，大模型技术正发挥着举足轻重的作用。在此背景下，本场论坛将深入解读《智能座舱大模型成熟度模型》 标准。
