01 汽车云工作组及稳定性保障实验室新成员单位颁证
国务院办公厅关于印发《新能源汽车产业发展规划2021-2035年》提出要“推进以数据为纽带的人-车-路-云”高效协同。作为公民经济的重要支柱产业，汽车产业“新四化”变革正在迈入以智能化、网联化为特点的2.0时代，通过全新的云计算技术，赋能车企新四化转型，为车主创造丰富的行驶感知和驾驶体验。前期中国信息通信研究院联合产学研各界共同成立“汽车云工作组”，旨在汇聚各大车企、车企供应链厂商、云厂商及学术机构，共同探索汽车云相关标准体系、技术能力及整体规划蓝图，整合优质资源，凝聚产业共识，搭建合作桥梁，推进汽车云产业高速高质量发展。本次大会将公布汽车云工作组第四批企业成员，并颁发成员证书。稳定性保障实验室（原混沌工程实验室）自2021年第8届可信云大会成立以来，获得业内广泛关注和支持，吸引了150余成员加入，涉及通信、金融、证券、交通、制造等多个行业，极大提升了行业内对系统稳定性保障体系的认识和重视程度。 适逢实验室成立三周年，在即将到来的2024年可信云大会上，将宣布稳定性保障实验室专业委员会、技术指导委员会（TOC）及副理事长单位的换届结果，同时，新成立的工作组也将正式亮相会场。目前，越来越多的企业开始关注应用运维和云平台运维的能力的打通，希望实现业务、应用、云服务实云平台资源到硬件基础设施的全面打通，保障云上业务稳定运行，在此背景下，本场论坛将重磅发布《“云+应用”一体化运维管理能力要求》标准。算力中心作为新时代的算力基座，已经成为数字经济高质量发展的重要支撑，算力中心的稳定安全运行是社会经济活动平稳开展的重要基础，也是我国大力发展数字经济的必要条件，提升算力中心稳定安全运行水平迫在眉睫，在此背景下，本场论坛将深入解读《算力稳定安全运行能力要求 第1部分：算力中心域》标准。汽车行业市场竞争焦点正转向以云计算为代表的高新技术，开启了汽车行业革命的下半场，智能化技术的快速发展，使得汽车产业迈入了全新的时代。随着各大汽车厂商加速推出智能驾驶技术，汽车云大模型领域正在成为一个备受关注的研发热点。在这个领域里，大模型技术正发挥着举足轻重的作用。在此背景下，本场论坛将深入解读《智能座舱大模型成熟度模型》标准。
2021年2月，低空经济写入《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》。2023年底中央经济工作会议也把低空经济列为战略性新兴产业，着力将其打造为国民经济的新质增长点。2024年“低空经济”今年首次写入政府工作报告。低空产业装备涉及大量传统行业与前沿技术产业，具有产业链长、科技含量高、创新要素集中等特点，能创造大量高附加值就业岗位，显著提升国民经济发展质量。在此背景下，信通院云计算与大数据研究所计划通过此次大会发布《低空经济云发展研究报告》解读，分析当前产业现状、发展趋势、技术优势、应用场景。本次论坛将邀请来车企、车企供应商、期货及云服务商的行业专家，围绕汽车云、期货行业以及系统稳定性领域的优秀实践，分享各企业上云用云的演进历程、规划思路、解决方案与建设经验。 本文来自投稿，不代表TakinTalks稳定性技术交流平台立场，如若转载，请联系原作者。
