由中国通信标准化协会主办，中国信息通信研究院承办，中国通信标准化协会云计算标准和开源推进委员会协办的可信云大会“稳定性保障与汽车云”分论坛将在7月24日上午举办，沙龙邀请了领域内企业与专家分享相关知识与经验。

专场亮点：

01 汽车云工作组及稳定性保障实验室新成员单位颁证

国务院办公厅关于印发《新能源汽车产业发展规划2021-2035年》提出要“推进以数据为纽带的人-车-路-云”高效协同。作为公民经济的重要支柱产业，汽车产业“新四化”变革正在迈入以智能化、网联化为特点的2.0时代，通过全新的云计算技术，赋能车企新四化转型，为车主创造丰富的行驶感知和驾驶体验。前期中国信息通信研究院联合产学研各界共同成立“汽车云工作组”，旨在汇聚各大车企、车企供应链厂商、云厂商及学术机构，共同探索汽车云相关标准体系、技术能力及整体规划蓝图，整合优质资源，凝聚产业共识，搭建合作桥梁，推进汽车云产业高速高质量发展。本次大会将公布汽车云工作组第四批企业成员，并颁发成员证书。稳定性保障实验室（原混沌工程实验室）自2021年第8届可信云大会成立以来，获得业内广泛关注和支持，吸引了150余成员加入，涉及通信、金融、证券、交通、制造等多个行业，极大提升了行业内对系统稳定性保障体系的认识和重视程度。适逢实验室成立三周年，在即将到来的2024年可信云大会上，将宣布稳定性保障实验室专业委员会、技术指导委员会（TOC）及副理事长单位的换届结果，同时，新成立的工作组也将正式亮相会场。

02 稳保实验室及汽车云新发布标准解读

目前，越来越多的企业开始关注应用运维和云平台运维的能力的打通，希望实现业务、应用、云服务实云平台资源到硬件基础设施的全面打通，保障云上业务稳定运行，在此背景下，本场论坛将重磅发布《“云+应用”一体化运维管理能力要求》标准。算力中心作为新时代的算力基座，已经成为数字经济高质量发展的重要支撑，算力中心的稳定安全运行是社会经济活动平稳开展的重要基础，也是我国大力发展数字经济的必要条件，提升算力中心稳定安全运行水平迫在眉睫，在此背景下，本场论坛将深入解读《算力稳定安全运行能力要求第1部分：算力中心域》标准。汽车行业市场竞争焦点正转向以云计算为代表的高新技术，开启了汽车行业革命的下半场，智能化技术的快速发展，使得汽车产业迈入了全新的时代。随着各大汽车厂商加速推出智能驾驶技术，汽车云大模型领域正在成为一个备受关注的研发热点。在这个领域里，大模型技术正发挥着举足轻重的作用。在此背景下，本场论坛将深入解读《智能座舱大模型成熟度模型》标准。

03 《低空经济云发展研究报告》解读

2021年2月，低空经济写入《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》。2023年底中央经济工作会议也把低空经济列为战略性新兴产业，着力将其打造为国民经济的新质增长点。2024年“低空经济”今年首次写入政府工作报告。低空产业装备涉及大量传统行业与前沿技术产业，具有产业链长、科技含量高、创新要素集中等特点，能创造大量高附加值就业岗位，显著提升国民经济发展质量。在此背景下，信通院云计算与大数据研究所计划通过此次大会发布《低空经济云发展研究报告》解读，分析当前产业现状、发展趋势、技术优势、应用场景。

04 业内专家精彩分享

本次论坛将邀请来车企、车企供应商、期货及云服务商的行业专家，围绕汽车云、期货行业以及系统稳定性领域的优秀实践，分享各企业上云用云的演进历程、规划思路、解决方案与建设经验。
